Before You Write

What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity depends on the design and fabric, normally ranges from 100 pcs to 300 pcs.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Sample cost is charged at production cost and refunded when you place a bulk order of 500 pcs or more.

How long does sampling and bulk production take?

7 days for a sample after fabric confirmation, and 25–35 days for bulk depending on quantity and printing complexity.

Which shipping terms do you support?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP by sea, air or express courier. We work with your forwarder or ours.

Do you protect my designs?

We sign an NDA before receiving any design files, and your patterns are never shared with other customers.
